Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in estimating ground-up Projects

- Projects exceeding $30M
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
