Project Manager

Join the New York division of an established GC/ CM looking for its future executives.

Projects throughout New York City include commercial interior fit-outs and renovations, typically valued at $5m $20 m. They will typically include retail, restaurants, hospitality, and some industrial projects.

This is a mid-sized firm with a growing New York division, built on a long history of repeat clients and winning new business. The growth of this team will create opportunities to move up into leadership and operational roles in the future.

About you:

• 5+ years experience in a Construction Project Manager role working on projects in New York City for a GC/CM
• Experience managing multiple construction projects as a PM, ideally within commercial interiors/ retail/ hospitality/ restaurants
• Proficiency in Procore/ Blue Beam
• College degree in construction management/ civil engineering/ architecture
