- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Implement effective project scheduling and ensure milestones are achieved in accordance with project timelines.
- Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control measures are in place.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Risk Management
- Oversee the implementation of quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective relationship management and communication.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Accounting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Public Accounting experience is preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
