Job Description:
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with healthcare, commercial, and or industrial contracting experience to join our team! Position Summary:Project Managers are responsible for all phases of a construction project(s) including; project planning, scheduling, budgeting, client development, sales, quality, delivery and implementation. The Project Manager is responsible for the successful and timely completion, and financial outcome, of all assigned projects.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project owners, inspectors, contractors, architects, and engineers
  • Develop and maintain good client relationships for expanded or new work opportunities
  • Negotiates revisions, changes, and additions with owners, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors for changes in scope of work
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that meet or exceed owner's expectations
  • Monthly scheduling and budget (P&L) reporting
  • Demonstrate a professional attitude consistent with company values and culture
  • Attend and participate in all project meetings and company training
  • Adhere to all local, state, and OSHA regulations, including company safety policy and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a construction related field
  • Minimum 4 years construction project management experience in a healthcare, commercial, or industrial environment
  • Familiarity with construction management software-Procore experience is a plus
  • Thorough knowledge of submittals, RFI's, and project close out procedures
  • Ability to monitor schedule developments and updates with the Project Superintendent to ensure projects are on schedule
  • Knowledgeable of applicable OSHA safety requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi task
  • Presentation experience
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
