Project Manager Job Summary: Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearWe are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team for Street, Road & Highway Construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Responsibilities: - Coordinate project activities and ensure all phases are completed efficiently - Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings - Utilize project management software such as PROCORE to track project progress - Collaborate with the construction team to ensure project milestones are met - Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and monitor expenses. - Assist with the bidding process. - Conduct site visits to assess progress and quality of work. - Prepare reports detailing project status and issues.Skills: - Proficiency in project coordination and management - Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately - Experience with construction management software such as PROCORE, and Bluebeam.This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
