  • Oversee all phases of ground-up, block and plank construction projects.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
  • Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals and milestones.
