Job Description - Oversee all phases of ground-up, block and plank construction projects.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals and milestones.
