Do you enjoy leading? Attention to detail, and the drive to be prepared, execute, and follow up on task is paramount in becoming a part of this very well-established home improvement company. As a Project Manager/ Superintendent you will be an integral part of the leadership team. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations and Owner your new mission will be to deliver homes and or home renovations to the highest possible quality, on schedule, within budget, and in specification.You will lead subcontractors through every phase of construction, remodel, and warranty service.Currently working on a project that is perfect to acclimate to the company as a PM and meet the sub-contractors you will lead.Company vehicle is available if preferred. Employer will pay additional compensation if you prefer to use military benefits.
