- This position will manage projects from the office and serve as the liaison between our clients and the jobsite
- This position's responsibilities will include estimating and budgeting, permitting, scheduling, leading meetings with clients, creating cost to complete analyses, executing change orders and purchase orders, and ordering

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in construction science or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction management.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Ability to work with ambiguous or changing work situations, tasks, assignments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and cross-functional skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in challenging environments.
