Job Title: Construction Project ManagerJob Description
Offering the best-in-class design and construction services nationwide with a focus on federal government projects. The Construction Quality Control Manager serves as the main contact between the engineers and the contractor and will report directly to the Owner.
Hard Skills
+ 10+ years of professional experience with USACE experience
+ Working knowledge of RMS and other standard construction software
+ Contact procedures, submittals, reviewing for accuracy, approval from designer and government
+ Redlines, as-builts, progress meetings with Architects/Engineers and document tracking
+ Managing and coordinating prep meetings and initial phase meetings
+ Managing meeting minutes, inspections, proper documentation, testing, and review of submittals
+ Ensure that the contract is met and that the contract is built along contract documents
+ Inspections - responsible for quality
+ Coordination with testing firms, setting up inspections, review of information, ensure compliance within the contract, scheduling

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in West Point, New York.
Work Environment
Field office on site with a fully equipped trailer. This project will be completed in 7-8 months, then will roll right into other projects. ICC has long term contracts with IDIQ MATOC.
