We are seeking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our family. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate development in custom homes/tract homes Responsibilities:
- Manage the project from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Work with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Resolve any issues that arise during the project
- Communicate with clients and keep them updated on the progress of the project
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
