Position Summary
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, including planning, coordination, budgeting, and stakeholder management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong ability to manage timelines and resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among all stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, particularly in education, healthcare, retail, or restaurant projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- PMP certification is a plus
