Sevan Multi Site Solutions provides construction services program management site assessments and design for retail restaurant and government projects world wide We work with leading brands like McDonalds Walgreens Starbucks 7 Eleven and Chipotle to name a few We provide the talent technology and trusted expertise needed to consistently deliver excellence in multi site construction and program management Sevan is an INC 5000 Fastest Growing Company The Project Manager works as part of a project management team PMT The Project Manager responsibilities include Client Project and Program delivery including pre construction services bid permit schedule construction oversight construction change orders invoicing punchlists and project closeoutOn Site project management of construction activities for retail restaurant grocery and government clients with required travel up to 50Essential Duties and Responsibilities Directs and coordinates the activities of project team to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budgetProactively communicates project related issues directly with Superintendent Senior Project Manager Project Executive or Operations DirectorExamines construction documentation including drawings schedules submittals shop drawings detail build sheets and scopes to ensure completeness and accuracyReviews bid results specifications test and progress reports as required to ensure an intimate understanding of the project schedule financial status and onsite development With the Superintendent supports manages and monitors the work in the field throughout the entire duration of the project Diligently manages change orders to projectsFollows established standards and procedures for project reporting and documentationPrepares and provides weekly status reports for projectsProactively identifies and solves or elevates project issues related to cost schedule safety or qualifyRepresents the company in project meetingsDevelops and maintains relationships with clients potential clients subcontractors and vendors to help develop new opportunitiesThe majority of work is completed remotely with required travel on an as needed basis up to and including weekly site visitsMulti shift work may be required to accomplish work in active retail locations to meet aggressive schedulesOther duties as assignedQualifications Minimum 4 year degree in an accredited construction related program or equivalent; or five to ten years related experience andor training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceDemonstrated skills in construction project managementExperience in multi site projects preferredMust be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Procore project management software and MS Project scheduling software MS Excel and SmartsheetStatelocal General Contractors license is helpfulPMP is preferred Culture Leadership and Employee Development Exemplifies and promotes our values of integrity respect teamwork excellence and charityEmbrace key Sevan wide initiatives like Safety and SustainabilityCommunicates our vision and purpose through Service Talent and ChoicesServes as a role model and promotes professional behaviorParticipates in personal career development through on the job training attends training programs and assists in the development of interns co opsSevan Multi Site Solutions Inc is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity or expression national origin age marital status genetics disability pregnancy veteran status or any other basis protected by law
