Our client needs a seasoned Construction Project Manager to guide complex commercial and industrial construction ventures from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management and engineering, with a proven ability to lead complex projects from conception through to delivery. You will be responsible for managing resources, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Focus:
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure project designs meet all technical and regulatory requirements.
- Efficiently manage project resources, including budgets, schedules, and materials, ensuring that all competing demands are balanced and met.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of construction activities, ensuring that all phases of the project are progressing according to plan.
- Monitor project expenditures and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to stay within budget and on schedule.
- Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
- Maintain regular communication with all project stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise.
Skill Set:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction management, particularly in the commercial and industrial sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, engineering principles, and the latest industry technology and equipment.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating and project scheduling techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Experience working in the design-build and EPC services industry preferred
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
