Our Program Management group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our capital projects team for a large healthcare client in Bronx, NY. Reporting to both the client and Senior Project Manager youll be working alongside other Project Managers and Superintendents on the Jacobs team, client staff/departments and vendors/contractors, regulatory, and general contractors. As a client facing role, your emphasis will be focused on: Overall project delivery (safety, cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts) on multiple project assignments. Manage budgets, schedules, scope development, and construction contracts, documents, procedures, and controls for assigned projects. Manage the review and approval process for consultant invoices and contractor pay applications and change orders. Attend weekly job progress meetings; issues meeting minutes. Resolve complex construction related issues, disputes, and disagreements. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment. Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, Architecture Minimum 5 years of construction management experience Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management and project delivery methods OSHA 10 certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire Willing and able to work onsite with the project team the clients location Monday - Friday Ideally, Youll Also Have: Experience working in an active hospital environment Certified Healthcare Constructor and Infection Control (ASHE) Certified Construction Manager (CCM) Sponsorship is not available for this position EastPMCM NorthPMCM Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
