CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

About the Role: You will start by wearing many hats—helping with marketing, estimating jobs, doing mold remediation projects, and other tasks as needed. This is a hands-on role for the first 6-18 months to grow the business and change to a General Manager Role if qualified.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations

• Assist with estimating for mold remediation and water damage
• Perform mold inspections with testing
• Handle mold remediation jobs
• Assist in marketing efforts and develop strategies to attract more business
• Assist in other misc activities as needed

• Construction experience required, mold experience preferred but NOT required
• Someone who wants to help us grow statewide, take their career to the next level and have a KEY role and position doing so

Compensation:

• $50,000 salary + monthly bonuses based on performance. There is no cap—your success is tied to the results you deliver.

• We're NOT 24/7 emergency services. Normal weekday hours

Requirements:

• Construction experience required, mold experience preferred but NOT required
• Must know how to hang drywall
• Comfortable working in attics and crawl spaces year-round
• Valid Driver's License (No DUIs within last 5 years)
• Pass background check and drug test
