The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle
- Manage project budget (up to 10MM)
- Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
- Planning and scheduling: Creating a project schedule and timeline, and producing a critical path framework
- Resource allocation: Budgeting and planning for all resources, including tools, manpower, and building blocks
- Team leadership: Recruiting and allocating tasks to the building and management teams
- Monitoring progress: Ensuring the project progresses successfully, on time, and on budget
- Communication: Communicating effectively with stakeholders and documenting each step
- Collaboration: Working closely with architects, engineers, and other building specialists
- Cost estimating: Using planning and cost-estimating software to allocate time and money
Qualifications
- 7+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience in commercial construction - specifically in restaurants, retail, office, and wellness centers.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
