We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Construction Project Manager to join our talented team at our headquarters in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania! In this role, you will work on a project site, leading construction projects to successful completion - safely, on time, and on budget. Additionally, you will work with the Project Director and/or Senior Project Manager as you guide our engineering, construction management, and superintendent teams in achieving project goals. To excel in this role, you will need a strong construction background, an uncompromising commitment to safety and quality, and a focus on client engagement. Additional Responsibilities Maintain preconstruction, construction, and closeout execution plans; project scopes of work; budgets; and schedules. Manage vendor and subcontractor invoicing and client billing in coordination with accounting. Monitor project costs and field conditions, and ensure changes are fully reflected in cost reports. Monitor design content and coordinate design revisions for constructability and compliance. Coordinate the construction schedule with design, commissioning, and qualification schedule requirements. If project risks are identified, work to mitigate those in partnership with senior leadership. Lead the established site safety program in your area and monitor performance with CMs and Superintendents on site. Interact regularly with the client, listening and ensuring that their needs are met with a focus on the IPS client experience. Build strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients, as you develop solutions. Qualifications & Requirements 10+ years of experience in project delivery or a related discipline. Experience managing construction for multi-million-dollar projects. OSHA 30 or ability to obtain and maintain. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline. Manufacturing / Industrial experience. Experience in the construction of pharmaceutical, biotech, and/or life science facilities. Piping and civil experience. Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients, team building, and strong work ethic. Safety This position will have 25% travel, or as required by the assigned project. You may be assigned to a client site for an extended period. Overnight travel or staying in the city of the Client's location is possible depending on the assignment. You will visit Client sites and will be required to adhere to stated safety rules. This position is a safety-sensitive position. The employee is considered a field contractor supervisor and acts in a supervisory role for field work for IPS employees or subcontractors.
