The purpose of the project manager is to support industrial construction projects and teams across the Gulf Coast region, ensuring the achievement of established client and internal strategic business objectives. Key project delivery focus areas include safety stewardship, scope, budget, schedule, and quality and risk management.What you'll do:Monitor HVAC installation work with our contractors responsible for installationAttend Weekly project progress meetingsWalk down MOP's for all unitsHelp guide team for installation if there are questionsConfirm installations are completeReview commissioning sheets and help develop any punch list items for the units\ confirm forms in Procore are handed overHelp schedule work with the site contacts using construction schedule. Ensure installation schedule on trackMonitor Temp A/C on units to ensure timely set up and removal from the contractorsProvide daily verbal or written report of the work progress / any issues or concerns / any safety related concernsTake photos and upload to ProcoreWhat you'll need:1. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) or five years of experience in lieu of degree.2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a project management role for commercial / industrial construction projects.3. Experience in oil and gas or similar industry setting with strong safety programs preferred.4. A valid driver's license is required5. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
