They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing ground-up high-rise residential projects and possess a proven track record of success in on-site project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of ground-up high-rise multi-family projects from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and drawings.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project issues and challenges to minimize delays and disruptions.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to promote teamwork and project success.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on ground-up high-rise residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in New York City is preferred.
