We're seeking a motivated professional with 16+ years of experience in commercial construction, ideally in Northern NJ, managing projects valued at $15 million+. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in the following areas:
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Prepare trade scopes and procure project trades.
- Develop and update project schedules.
- Coordinate contractors to keep the project on track.
- Lead meetings with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
- Manage safety requirements, submittals, RFIs, and change requests.
- Oversee change orders and budget adjustments.
- Monitor project progress and address issues.
- Keep clients informed and manage project closeout.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of commercial construction experience.
- Experience with projects valued at $10 million to $15 million+.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented and proficient with Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, and CMiC.
- Interested in long-term employment.
