Compensation & Job Details:
- $100k- 150k Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
- Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active DoD Secret clearance, DHS suitability, or TSA suitability for USSS contracts in Maryland.
- 10+ years of experience in the construction industry with a strong background in managing active construction sites.
- Proven track record of hiring and managing contractors and subcontractors effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience supporting projects valued over $20 million.
Day to Day
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Hire, train, and supervise contractors and subcontractors, maintaining a high level of performance and adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and project stakeholders.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and project-specific requirements.
