POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Execution: Oversee and ensure the successful execution of the project, aligning with project goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Scheduling: Manage project schedules, ensuring efficient utilization of time and resources.
- Field Service Team Supervision: Effectively manage field service teams, providing guidance and support and ensuring coordination among team members.
- Safety: Promote job-site safety and compliance.
- Communication and reporting to AMP management.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Bachelor's degree in building science, construction management, or a related business field is preferred.
- 5 years of related experience in large-scale commercial construction and or facilities project management.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and demanding customer environment.
- Able to work alongside electrical contractors and their schedules, while maintaining AMP's interests at all times.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficient in Project management software, preferably Aptivo.
DAY IN THE LIFE/SCHEDULE
- Candidates will spend roughly 50% of their time on-site and 50% of their time working remotely depending upon the project.
- Monday-Friday, 7:00-5:00 depending on project expectations, weekends as necessary.
- Travel typically within a 50-100 mile radius.
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
- Base salary: $110,000 - $125,000.
- Vehicle: Provided and can use for personal use. Maintenance, insurance, and gas covered.
