Airport Construction Project Manager
PM Technologies, a leading provider of project management consulting services to Fortune 500 companies, is looking for an experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager will manage projects as part of a team in the design and construction of a airport renovation Program located at the Salt Lake city airport. PM Technologies is engaged in this Project as the owner's representative.
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Construction Management
- Project planning and scheduling
- Budget and cost control
- Scope Management
- Change Management
- Risk Management
Qualifications:
- Strong team leadership skills
- Must be able to identify and resolve project issues in a timely manner
- Candidate must be able to multi-task under time constraints
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Record of managing Projects to meet project schedule deadlines and budget constraints
Experience/Expertise:
- Must have 5-10+ years construction management experience
- Must have 3+ years working within airport environment
- Knowledge of Airport systems, i.e. baggage handling, passenger processing, airport security,
- Experience managing contractors including Architect/Engineering firms and General Contractors
- Experience working as an owner's representative on large construction Projects
Education:
- Bachelors in Engineering, Building Construction or related technical concentration.
- PMP certification is desirable
- Courses in project management desirable
- Must be proficient with the following applications: MS-Project, MS-Office, Primavera a plus
