REVI CONSTRUCTION POSITION: CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGERPosition Summary:An ideal Construction Project Manager (CPM) candidate must have three (3) or more years of relevant experience in construction/project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations, as well as excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks. Must be proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, including project blueprints and construction schematics. Candidate must be a strong leader and be able to successfully communicate on all levels to leadership, team members and stakeholders. Proficiency in construction management software, project scheduling tools and cost estimation is preferred. Areas of Assignment: (New and Remodel)
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, resource allocations and procurement strategies from start to finish.
- Check design documents with general contractor, architects, surveyors and engineers.
- Coordinate and oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.
- Manage projects on a day-to-day basis, including supervising team members and sub-contractors, as well as checking materials, inspecting work and overseeing quality control.
- Evaluate and recommend subcontractors based on qualifications, experience and cost-effectiveness.
- Report to leadership on project status, including milestones, budget updates, and any significant developments or risks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements, prioritizing a safe working environment for all involved.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with federal, state and local building codes and regulations.
- Manage construction project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings and change orders.
- Conduct regular meetings to facilitate communication, both verbally and in writing while addressing challenges to meet project objectives.

Experience and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must have valid driver's license and insurance.
- Must have reliable transportation to be able to report to constantly changing job sites.
- Three (3) or more years of relevant experience in construction project management.
- Ability to perform constant physical labor, operate tools and machinery, and lift at least 80 lbs. is required.
- Ability to work in wet, damp, hot, cold, or dusty places is required.
- Ability to stoop or kneel in order to gain access to work areas is required.
- Not be afraid of heights or confined spaces is required.
- Ability to walk, climb and stand for long periods of time is required.
- As a salaried employee, when required, must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays or when directed for unusual occurrences (Example: hurricanes)
