JOB DESCRIPTION

They will be working on a project concerning an academic and conference space building on a satellite campus. The day to day includes managing their main project as well as any smaller projects the university will have throughout the year. This person will be sitting with the university architects and the design firm to schedule meetings regarding the new builds and sit in on those taking meetings notes. The smaller projects will be worth around $20k-100K +, and mainly be HVAC projects, roofing projects, on the university campus right now.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 6-8 years Construction experience -brought a project out of the ground
• Experience with academic or office building
• Microsoft suite
• Multi-story building experience

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Pro-core (they use ebuilder)
• PMP
• General contracting license in the state of Florida
