The ideal candidate for this position will provide project management for planning, and organizing all aspects of the task related to the relevant projects. As part of this role, the manager will have to oversee the works of his peers acting as the point of contact to handle any issues regarding the project.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from construction to completion
- Cross functional coordination for logistics with vendors
- Ensure quality and compliance with regulatory bodies
- Reporting and tracking status reports
Experience you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management, along with 8-10 years of experience in the construction industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in performing detailed quantity take-offs from plans.
- Field experience as a project manager or superintendent.
- Preferable experience with Procore.
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in Excel and Word; experience with On-Screen software is beneficial.
- Ability to read and comprehend plans and specifications.
