Multifamily Construction Project Manager - Renovations & Rehabs
Scott Humphrey has partnered with a dynamic ireal estate firm in the Nashville, TN area to identify a skilled Multifamily Construction Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of renovation and rehab projects. As the organization expands, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of multifamily construction, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in delivering successful renovation and rehab projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for multifamily renovation and rehab projects.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, quality control, and adherence to safety standards and building codes.
- Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities to maximize profitability.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and high-quality workmanship.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily renovation and rehab project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering multifamily renovation and rehab projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
