Job Overview – Construction Project Manager:

Take charge of impactful projects with our client as a Construction Project Manager in Philadelphia, PA. This role focuses on overseeing diverse school renovation and ground-up building projects, including sports fields, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in school project construction and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000/year + bonus

Location: Philadelphia, PA (On-Site)

Responsibilities as the Construction Project Manager:

  • Project Oversight: Manage the entire lifecycle of school construction projects, including renovations, new buildings, and sports fields.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Budget Management: Develop and maintain project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial efficiency.
  • Scheduling: Establish and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met within deadlines.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee construction processes to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to secure materials and services required for project success.

Qualifications for the Construction Project Manager:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Construction Management, with demonstrated experience managing school construction projects.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in construction management software, including Procore and Microsoft Project.
  • Certifications: OSHA certification preferred.
