Construction Project Manager
: Job Details :

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing construction sites, general contractors and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety. They are responsible for overseeing multiple projects from initiation to completion. The CPM coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices and submittals and monitors project progress, resolves issues and keeps projects on schedule. They will also conduct onsite quality control checks to ensure each project is operating efficiently and to standard.

Requirements:

• A candidate for this role should have a background in commercial construction (preferred petroleum construction) and knowledge or experience in project management. They must be proficient in reading and understanding blueprints. Candidates should be self-motivated, organized, and have effective communication skills with both employees and customers. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Project.
