2+ years of Commercial Project Management

Advanced experience with Budget/Quality Control/Scheduling of multiple projects

Excellent Customer Services/Client Engagement skills

Experience creating and delivering facility project meetings

Plusses

LEED AP Certified

PMP Certified

General Contracting Experience

• A client is looking to identify a Sr. Project Manager for the Montgomery, AL market. The purpose of this position is to lead individual, multi-disciplined construction project solutions for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery. You will interfaces directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

Compensation:

$50/hr to $58/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
