DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering and/or appropriate technical training.
- 5+ years of professional experience in the Construction Industry as a Project Manager and a minimum of 2 years of preconstruction experience.
- Proficiency in project management software commonly used in municipal or school construction environments.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated success in leading project teams, including fostering employee development, and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders.
