Responsibilities:

  • Lead in the development of high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Project Planning and Execution: Oversee project and collaborate with team and stakeholders to ensure that project construction activities align with owner/client's project goals, budget, and timeline including participating with team and stakeholders in reviewing detailed construction plans and schedules
  • This individual will often oversee multiple medium-sized projects, a single large-sized project, or an assigned scope on a single, large, complex project
  • Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions
  • Manage budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget
  • Client Interface on projects; Manage client relationship / expectations with effective face to face, phone, and email communication
  • Negotiate and execute change orders, subcontracts and purchase orders
  • Work with the design team to provide cost analysis feedback and constructability reviews
  • Recommend staff development needs, disciplinary actions, job assignments and promotions
  • Maintain updated budgets, schedules, and status reports for multiple projects

Qualifications:

  • MS Office experience required, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
  • Data Center experience required
