Job Description CBA has an immediate need for multiple full-time Project Managers with 3 or more years of construction experience located in the NW Ohio or SE Michigan area. The PM will be responsible for managing safety, cost, material, schedule, subcontractors, changes and quality on assigned projects. The ideal candidate is outgoing, experienced and can drive performance, build teams, and enhance customer relationships. Responsibilities include building and strengthening relationships with new and existing customers, managing multiple construction projects to deliver results, and identifying new opportunities to provide value added services for clients.
Position Responsibilities: - Manage project planning, scheduling and implementation of activities
- Manage project safety, quality, contracts, subcontractors, and cost control
- Customer Relationship Management
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a project manager.
- History of Managing multiple projects and customers simultaneously.
- Candidates local to the NW Ohio or SE Michigan area strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Effective working in a group Project Controls environment.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of project stakeholders.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be willing and able to travel via commercial airlines and personal vehicles.
- Must be approved to work in the United States.
- Ability to read and write fluently in English.
