  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate schedule development and adherence.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect changes and delays.
  • Analyze schedule impacts and provide recommendations to mitigate delays and ensure timely project completion.
  • Prepare and present schedule reports, including progress updates, critical path analysis, and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all MTA and other relevant regulatory requirements.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling, specifically on large-scale MTA projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 is a must.
  • Strong understanding of construction project management and scheduling principles.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
