Join our team as a Data Center Construction Project Scheduler, and be a part of our journey towards excellence and success! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Create the baseline schedule and maintenance of the working schedule as reported out weekly in the owner/architect/contractor meetings. Responsible for preparing all the project progress reports, integrating subcontractor look ahead schedules into the master schedule, revising logic sequence as required Assist the project team in maintaining and monitoring the CPM schedule. Create all reports as needed including: Progress charts Histograms S-curves Work intensity curves Labor-production work rate tables Time impact analyses Equipment delivery schedules Resource-cost loaded schedules Daily construction activities report schedules QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES: Communication skills - ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing Able to work in teams and matrix organization Ability to read and interpret documents Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Demonstrate self-motivation, maturity, and interpersonal skills Understands the construction industry Experience with project management and design software such a Prolog, Procore, E-Builder, Microsoft Project, Primavera Project Planner (P6), AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks preferred WHY SHOULD YOU APPLY?
