We are Looking for someone with a background in storefront GLASS applications for LARGE COMMERCIAL projects. The ideal candidate for this position will provide excellent project management for planning and organizing all aspects of residential and commercial projects including roofing, window and doors, decks and railings. As part of this role, the manager will work closely with our estimators and then manage and oversee all field operations including vendors, subcontractors and in-house crews while acting as the point of contact to handle any issues regarding each project.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Recruit, qualify and hire subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications
Previous experience in construction management or other related fields w/ a focus in storefront glass, windows and doors
Familiarity with construction management software
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail oriented
Base salary of $65,000-$95,000 to start with project completion bonuses. The right candidate should make 6 figures. Benefit packages, PTO, and a great culture to work in.
