Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Job Description

Quality Control Manager needed for MRSB Ops Support Facility ($7.5MM). The work includes an Operational Support Facilities (OSF), utilities, parking, pedestrian bridge and sidewalks, site work, and incidental related work. Staffing Requirements: Provide a QC Manager at the work site to implement and manage the QC program, and to serve as the Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) as detailed in Section 01 35 26 GOVERNMENTAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS. In addition to implementing and managing the QC program, the QC Manager may perform the duties of Project Superintendent.

Hard Skills

+ Minimum of 10 years experience in construction with at least 5 years as a superintendent on projects similar in size and complexity

+ Minimum of 10 years combined experience in positions such as Project Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer or Construction Manager on similar size and type construction contracts

+ At least two years experience as a QC Manager

+ Familiarity with requirements of EM 385-1-1

+ Experience in hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainability

+ QCM certification

+ OSHA 30 certification

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Philly Naval Base, PA

Work Environment

Work will be performed on site at Philly Naval Base. 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (10-hour day shift and a 10-hour night shift). Construction PPE required and will be provided.
