Training others to use this equipment will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all team members can perform these tasks competently.
Vendor and Subcontractor Management. Understanding the priority, value, and reliability of each vendor/subcontractor will be crucial. You will train others in RES basic construction, regulatory, and design principles for the successful execution of the Construction, Restoration, and M&M phases of a full delivery project.
Regulatory Compliance. Understanding and ensuring that projects maintain compliance with permit conditions is critical. You will regularly check and verify compliance throughout the construction phase to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
Tracking and Record Keeping. Keeping detailed daily work logs and tracking progress throughout the construction phase is a vital part of your responsibilities. This includes tracking physical progress, material usage, and equipment usage. You will communicate this progress and quantity tracking back to the operations and project management team efficiently.
Design and Budgeting. You will support the development of a construction/restoration project budget and project schedule.
