We are seeking a Construction and Restoration Project Manager in our Northwestern Region. The Project Manager is crucial in executing and supervising reconstruction projects. This role involves significant fieldwork to ensure projects are completed with the highest quality and efficiency. Collaborating closely with the Project Director, the Project Manager ensures that all projects are executed within the stipulated timeframe, within budget constraints, and adhere to safety protocols.
What You Will Do:
The Project Manager will perform the following duties, along with any additional responsibilities as assigned:
* Develop and nurture relationships with all project stakeholders.
* Ensure clear, consistent, and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Adhere to OSHA and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety.
* Conduct regular site visits, oversee quality, safety, and compliance, and coordinate with the Project Director.
* Manage materials and labor, ensuring efficient resource use and adherence to project budgets.
* Obtain necessary permits and manage building inspections to comply with regulatory and code requirements.
* Maintain open communication with customers, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
* Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering quality and timely results.
* Document project progression and provide necessary updates and reports.
* Monitor project budgets in collaboration with the Project Director.
* Ensure complete closure of projects and preparation for final invoicing.
What You Will Bring:
* 2-3 years of verifiable experience in construction and/or restoration.
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Ability to interpret project-related documents like scopes of work and blueprints.
* Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of industry tools and how to use and maintain them
* Good communication skills, written and verbal
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to work both independently and as a team
* All applicants must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
* A valid driver's license in alignment with company policies and be able to pass insurance company's criminal background check.
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Flexibility to perform diverse physical tasks in various environments.
Environmental Conditions:
* Primarily field-based, requiring adaptability to outdoor construction zones and office spaces.
