The services we provide range from Aerial/Underground Construction to Fiber Optic Splicing.We are currently seeking skilled and motivated individuals for full time employment as a Safety Assistant. The candidate should have a strong work ethic, have strong attention to detail and want to become a long term member of the Lantek family.Responsibilities :Perform 15 field observations weekly.Maintain physical records of observations.Attend and participate in the Monthly Safety Committee Meeting.Willing to travel out of state as needed between Monday thru Friday (typically the week is 3 days, 1 week in Maine, 1 week in Massachusetts)Perform New Hire Orientation and Safety Training.Conduct and maintain records of New Hire Safety Orientation.Weekly communications with department managers on field observations of the crews.Distribute and maintain PPE at the offices.
