Day in the Life as a Sales Representative:• Start your day with a team meeting to strategize and prepare.• Receive pre-set, pre-qualified appointments between 1 pm and 7:30 pm (no cold callingrequired).• Conduct in-home sales presentations and demos of our industry-leading residential roofingsolutions.• Utilize innovative software for precise measurements and assess damage through ladder orattic inspections.• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet homeowner's needs.Erie Home's Culture:• Weekly pay based on your performance, with an average commission of $2,000 per sale,and monthly performance-based bonuses.• Full benefits package and 401k after 90 days.• Exclusive Military Benefits, including a hiring bonus and E.C.H.O. retreat.• Internal Leadership Development Program to enhance your skills.• Realistic upward mobility and advancement opportunities.Requirements:• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Transportation, and Auto Insurance.• Willingness to travel within a 75-mile radius of the office (distance may vary).• Availability for midday, evening, and weekend appointments.
