Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Account Manager at Capital Disaster Solutions. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, generating leads, and providing top-notch customer service. This role is based in Greater Houston.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills
• A college degree or 4 years of similar experience is preferred
• Lead Generation and Communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in sales or account management
• Knowledge of the restoration or construction industry is a plus
• Proven CRM experience is a plus
