Kraemer North America is currently looking for an on-site Construction Scheduler to join our Mountain West Region.This is an in-office position in Colorado.The Scheduler will be responsible for the overall development of project schedules in collaboration with the project management and estimating teams.This role will be responsible for building and updating schedules as various milestones and project deliverables are completed or added to the scope of work and providing updates to key team members.We value our people.We work safely.We provide quality and commitment.We're a believer in promoting from within; our success depends on our people, on you, to bring innovative ideas, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.In turn, we provide a family-focused atmosphere, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities to fuel your future forward.Responsibilities Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and estimators to provide detailed planning and scheduling of projects from conceptual planning through engineering and construction Develop resource-loaded schedules:activities, milestones, critical approvals, procurement touch points, and other deliverables Incorporate schedule constraints, realistic activity durations and available labor/resources; provide guidance to assist with resolution of challenging project controls Communicate with site staff and subcontractors to determine the actual construction progress and provide regular schedule updates Coordinate and monitor project timelines, including identifying potential project delays; communicate findings to management and key team members Instruct and train project personnel to enhance understanding, development, and use of CPM software to create and maintain effective schedules Interface with owners, attend meetings and provide schedule updates and reports Provide technical assistance to stakeholders internally and externally Document project scheduling and maintain records to be utilized for future planning and forecasting Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction, or related field preferred Minimum 3 years related experience in construction scheduling, project controls or similar; 10 years of heavy highway construction experience preferred Knowledge of and prior experience with CPM scheduling and Primavera P6 software Understanding and knowledge of contract administration with owner, subcontractors, and suppliers Understanding of construction-related field activities, project specifications, applications, and interpretation Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Proven organizational, planning, and time management skills Ability and willingness to travel at times for project-specific activities Benefits Medical & Dental Insurance Paid Parental Leave 401(k) Savings Plan w/company match Profit Sharing Dependent Care and Health Care Reimbursement Plan Life Insurance & Dependent Life Insurance Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Holidays/Vacation/Sick Pay Educational Assistance Computer Purchase Program Hiring range:$75,000 - $130,000 Base salary is dependent on multiple factors:education, experience, skills, market rates, internal equity and/or location.Posted in Washington..
