Description G.L. Hunt Foundation Repair is seeking a Production Scheduler to add to our team! The Production Scheduler is responsible for reviewing sold contracts as well as contacting customers to schedule their repairs. The right person will have an eye for detail and experience providing excellent customer service while scheduling appointments. They will also be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Some of the duties include: •Reviewing contracts for accuracy. •Scheduling construction projects in an efficient manner. •Calling customers to confirm their project dates. •Providing excellent customer service. •Experienced with construction-based CRMs such as Service Titan is a plus. •Positive attitude and pleasant phone voice. •Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing set goals as determined by the Manager. •Uphold the G.L. Hunt values of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork always. •Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Qualifications •Must be knowledgeable of Excel and Google Sheets. •Must have basic computer skills. •Must have a peasant, clear-speaking voice. •Must have excellent communication skills. •Experience with CRMs is a plus.
