Job DescriptionJob descriptionResponsibilities:- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment- Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access- Respond to alarms and incidents promptly, taking appropriate action as necessary- Conduct regular surveillance of the premises on foot- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns- Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary- Monitor and control access points, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises- Perform regular inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards- Conduct investigations into security breaches or incidentsSkills:- Conflict management: Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally- Loss prevention: Knowledge of techniques to prevent theft, vandalism, or other losses- Surveillance: Proficient in monitoring and observing activities using surveillance equipment- CPR: Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for emergency response situations- First aid: Knowledge of basic first aid procedures to provide immediate medical assistance if neededNote: Prior experience in a security-related role is preferred but not required.
