Job Title: Part-Time & Full Time - Security
Location: Construction site Red Oak.
Pay: $19 hour
Shifts & Hours: - 8 hour shifts/ 12 hour shift options/ FLEX opportunities
- Must be able to work all shifts (morning, evening, and nights) and days including weekends & holidays

Summary:We're seeking a
Security Officer who is ready to cover shifts at multiple client sites on short notice. You'll fill in for absent officers and provide additional support during peak times or special events, ensuring seamless security coverage wherever you're needed. Great fits are officers who are looking to make the most money and do not need a set schedule.

- Call-Off Coverage: Be prepared to report to various client sites with minimal notice to cover shifts or provide additional security support.
- Open Availability: Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate shifts that may vary daily, including last-minute assignments. This includes weekends and holidays.
- Maintain communication with the manager in order to receive work and respond within 20 minutes.
- Ability to work effortlessly in construction environment.
- Observe all suspicious activities, greet workers and visitors arriving at the site
- Perform routine patrols, check perimeter fencing, verify all buildings are secured when site empties.
- Conduct access control by verifying badges to allow authorized entry.
- Comply with all safety training prior to assuming post and being made aware of all safety hazards that are present on the construction site.
- Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment while on site and stand any post whether on site or at either access points.
- Must have basic knowledge of computer skills.
- Ability to work in ALL elements of weather.
- Basic computer skills and data entry required.
Qualifications:- You have 1 year or more of security, law enforcement, or military experience.
- You have open availability - must be able to work all shifts (morning, evening, and nights) and days including weekends & holidays.
- You have a high school education or equivalent (GED).
- You're 21 years old or older.
- You have a valid driver's license and are able to pass an MVR check.
- You have reliable transportation.
- You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
- You have a Texas security license or ability to obtain one.
