If you're ready to grow with us and become part of our vision of being the premier Chemical Company, apply today!Responsibilities⦁ Assists Project Team during IFA reviews, project walkdowns, constructability reviews and kick-off meetings⦁ Maintains accountability for the planning/scheduling efforts to ensure proper FEL before execution⦁ Ensures construction planning/scheduling is approved by Project Team⦁ Maintains accountability for project risk and appropriate mitigation plan development⦁ Maintains responsibility for reviews of expenses/capital scope and internal estimates for project portfolio⦁ Seeks opportunities to reduce risk, share resources, and optimize timeRequired Qualifications⦁ Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience OR at least 8 years of related experience in projects/construction or instrumentation/electrical⦁ Ability to understand and communicate critical path and execution⦁ Ability to adapt plans based on data and observations⦁ Understands project control practices and Primavera/SAP tools⦁ Experience commissioning or troubleshooting IEC components⦁ Basic understanding of plant equipment operation⦁ Background in construction and project executionPreferred QualificationsUnderstands contractual terms and conditions, long term/ big picture planningKnowledge of SAP and standard MS OfficePrimavera and NaviTrack experienceChevron Phillips Chemical offers competitive salaries, a comprehensive benefits package and at most locations, alternate work schedules.
