With a reputation for delivering top-quality results across various sectors, they are seeking a seasoned Ground Up Construction Superintendent to join their dynamic team in San Antonio, Texas. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects from start to finish.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage on-site construction teams, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
- Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and adjust project schedules to meet deadlines.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets or exceeds quality standards and project specifications.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA standards.
- Travel: Be willing and able to travel to various job sites across Texas as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in ground-up construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in construction management software, scheduling tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Leadership: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly resolve issues and make informed decisions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required by project locations.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30, PMP) are a plus.
