Supporting the Maintenance Supervisor with implementation of progress, cost, and schedule tracking. Supporting Project Managers from execution through project closeout. Assisting Project Managers in tracking and forecasting project field costs. Coordinating field resources to accomplish assigned activities and projects. Participating in pre-bid meetings, bid clarification meetings, construction kick-off meetings and project coordination meetings. Assisting project teams with managing construction contracts, scope of work, schedules, and budgets. Communicating effectively with contractors and project teams to resolve project related issues. Responding to contractors Request for Information (RFIs) and Change Orders. Working with Operations to develop an integrated schedule for start-up and commissioning. Ensuring Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSRs) for all assigned projects occur in a timely fashion prior to commissioning activities and track all identified deficiencies to completion.
