**Job Description**
BAE Systems is looking for a Construction Subcontracts Program Manager to support their Ordnance Systems line of business that is doing major modernization projects at their facilities in Kingsport, TN and Radford, VA.
As a Construction Subcontracts Program Manager you will;
+ Evaluate, negotiate, and manage assigned subcontracts to perform to each project`s specifications, quality, budget, schedule and earned value requirements to include the timely delivery of all deliverables required to fulfill the subcontract.
+ Act as the main focal point to the subcontractor and program management office.
+ Author, manage and influence critical path releases of Statements of Works (SOWs) and plans to align with required schedules and subcontractor lead times.
+ Develop sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs and execution.
+ Participate in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company, as it pertains to the planned outsourced portion of the project(s).
+ Establishes milestone objectives and manages performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications.
Open to remote work with 25% travel to Kingsport, TN and Radford, VA.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Bachelor s degree in related field (Architecture, Contract Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management,) and 10 years of experience in Construction Management.
+ Experience managing large construction projects/subcontracts.
+ Skilled in negotiations.
+ Well versed in managing quality, budget, and schedule.
+ Ability to manage milestone objectives and performance.
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Experience as an Owner's Representative on large industrial projects
+ MBA, PMP or DAWIA PM certifications
+ Registered Architect or Professional Engineering a plus
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $127900 - $217400
